The copyright to this article is transferred to the Qawãnïn Journal of Economic Syaria Law, Syaria Economic Law Study Program, Faculty of Law, Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kediri effective if and when the article is accepted for publication. The copyright transfer includes exclusive right to reproduce and distribute the article in any form of reproduction (printing, electronic media or any other form).
