About the Journal
MAHAKIM Journal of Islamic Family Law is a Journal published by Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Masyarakat (LPPM), Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Kediri, which is published twice a year in January and July. The aim of the Journal of Mahakim is to publish the results of scientific research, especially in the field of Islamic family law which includes:
- Wedding
- Divorce
- Inheritance
- Family rules (obligations and rights in the family)
- Mahar and guardianship
- Judicial procedural law that is reviewed based on the perspective of Islamic studies
- Comparison of Islamic family law
- Islamic family law approach to interdisciplinary disciplines
